The Day Of

I was up early today,  sitting in a quiet house, waiting for the house to explode around me. The ladies all slept here at home last night, and stayed up long after I went to bed, laughing and talking in the backyard, being sisters together.

I find myself emotional today, though I have a cold, so I look tearier than I feel.  Everything feels like a “last time” to me. The last time we’ll have dinner together, just our little family. The last time that the girls will sleep here, just the three of them. The last time we’ll have breakfast the way we do… after today, everything changes.  After today, one of my daughters is a married person, and her husband will be part of this family, and he will come to dinner and… wait, you don’t suppose he’ll sleep over when the girls do? Best not to worry about that today.

Today is a landmark. My little Meggie.

I’m going to go make her bouquet.

  1. Felicitations to Meggie. The Solstice is a lovely day for a wedding, and it will be wonderful for her and the entire family.

  2. I so understand “today everything changes” part of this. It’s both good and sad. I guess that’s called “nostalgia”.
Wishing you all a great day. And the blocked shawl looks so beautiful.

  3. You are so good at adding people to your family; you’ve got this.
    Enjoy the day.
The shawl is, of course, stunning.

  4. Joy and blessings to Meggie and her husband. All the wishes for happiness to you and your family and may today be forever warm in your memories.

  5. Beautiful, as always. (post and shawl)
Sending blessings to all on this special day, for all that has been and all that is yet to be.

  6. Wishing you and yours the very best for today’s celebrations. I love the choices you make about what matters — thank you for sharing that always. It helps me to recalibrate during these busy end of school year weeks. Congratulations to all, and we’ll all look forward to the pictures.

  7. Congratulations to Meg, many blessing for a happy marriage!

The shawl is beautiful, we expected nothing less! And if you have to make another spreadsheet make sure you have “have a good pint” as the first thing in the list, you have earned it Stephanie.

  8. Every happiness to Meg and and her bridegroom! 🙂

And not to worry– things will be a little different, but still good. (And in some ways, even better!)

Best wishes to you and yours.

  9. I understand your feelings. My daughter got married a week ago. We adore her husband, but everything is different. Not better, not worse just different. And sometimes it takes a minute to get used to different. Blessings to you all❤️

  10. Thank you for including the Blog in this wonderful day. The shawl is lovely.
On May 14 my son and only child got married, to a woman we just love. Everything is different after that. But it’s different in very good ways. I wish you the same sort of joy.

  11. Congratulations and best wishes to meg and her new husband, and to you to, for the most beautiful shawl and the most beautiful young woman.

  12. Ah crud, I just about cried reading this! I hope she and all of you have a wonderful and perfect day full of love. Worry about all the details later!!!!

  13. Congratulations and best wishes to your whole family today!! Thinking of you as you mark another transition of life… many blessings.

  14. All I can ever wish for on a day like today is that Megan and Alex have as much happiness as I have had with my husband, and that is a wonderful amount. Blessings to you and yours xx

  15. I had a similar sense of loss when my sister got married but you will still get alone time with your daughter. Congratulations, love and best wishes to your whole family!

  16. The longest day marking the start of a sparkling and beautiful beginning, embodied in a perfect shawl.

    Best Wishes to All.

  17. Best wishes to the new husband & wife and to all of your family on this marvelous day. The shawl is beautiful – an heirloom. All the best to all of you. KIM

  18. Congrats to you and your family on such a beautiful occasion. Bringing on summer and the start to a wonderful adventure!

  19. Congratulations all -family expansion -a wonderful thing in any living, giving family. I hope your day is wonderful & Meggies day is simply perfect. Xxx

  20. Congratulations to the happy couple! What a wonderful day to be married. The shawl and roses are beautiful. I can’t wait to see a final picture of Meg in the shawl.

  21. It is all coming together beautifully. As a mom of a girl of about Meg’s age I understand your melancholic misgivings but you raised her right! Right? So she picked a good man and it will all work out fine, no matter what happens. Enjoy the day; breathe, relax, take too many pictures, laugh, cry, breathe again. Bring a sock. 🙂

  22. You’ll have so many good wishes here, mine seems superfluous. But there’s no such thing as too much when it comes to blessings for a wonderful wedding day and a happy future! May you enjoy today! (Also, the shawl — it’s beautiful!)

  23. All the best to you and yours. And his. And both. And all. The shawl is like you hugging her and giving her your love always. Knit into every stitch. Sniff

  24. Aww, you’re making me cry! Have a wonderful, wonderful day and may the bride and groom have a very long and happy life together.

  25. You’ve made a beautiful shawl! Your daughter is lucky to have such a talented and generous mother. It is a gift to be cherished! Congratulations to you all on her special day.

  26. A son is a son ’til he takes a wife.
A daughter’s a daughter all of her life.

–from a mother of three sons. And one beautiful daughter. Take my word for it.

  27. Congrats on finishing!!! It took me longer to knit this shawl even without nupps than it took you. Weddings are wonderful– have a great time!

  28. The shawl is beautiful, the day is magical, and your family will be even more wonderful when another layer of love is added. Blessings on all of you and especially the newlyweds, for a life well-lived in the tradition of your family!

  29. Congratulations to Megan and Alex. You and Joe can enjoy the day; safe in the knowledge you have raised your daughter to recognise a partner who is worthy of building a life together.

Oh and the Big White Thing is utterly splendid.

  30. Congratulations to Megan. It’s quite a step! My mom and MIL did the flowers for our wedding and my mom made the cake (she doesn’t knit). Having those things come from the hands of our mothers made the day. We couldn’t have done it without them. I know Megan will feel the same way.

  31. The shawl is beautiful. Congratulations and very best wishes to Meggie and her new husband and your whole family, Wedding blessings xxx

  32. Congrats and a wonderful day for a wedding. Perfect Solstice and Mead Moon to boot!

Wishing the newlyweds well and further happiness.

Wishing you the strength to embrace this change as a great new part of your life.

    Everything will be beautiful.

  33. Oh my goodness, I am sobbing! (I have two twenty-something daughters). I sympathize so much with your thoughts of “lasts”, but from what I have learned over the years from this blog, I feel certain that your lovely family, both immediate and extended, will provide you with plenty of wonderful “firsts” too. Enjoy the day!

  34. Happy happy day! With congratulations and good wishes for a marvellous celebration and splendid time all round. Enjoy it – if you can! – MOTB 🙂

  35. Blessings to you all on this beautiful new pathway in your lives!! The Big White Thing is ethereal, and will always be a reminder to Meg of the love that you have for her.

  36. Best of everything to Meg and your whole family! The shawl is spectacular, as I knew it would be. I hope she wears it for years to come and remembers the special memories from today.

  37. After today, it is a new beginning…you are gaining a son (which really ought to make Joe pretty happy after being totally overwhelmed!).

But, I bet that there will be a few nights when it is “just the girls” sleeping over…

Congratulations to Megan and her husband, and to your whole family.

(and you can probably safely start stockpiling baby booties…)

    • Ha, ha. I wanted to say that but didn’t want to pressure Meg–that’s a first that’ll make the lasts pale by comparison!

    • Of course, “now” might be a good time to get started on a blanket, too 😀 Before or after the other 2 wedding shawls?? Hmmmm ……

  38. Beautiful shawl, beautiful day, and I’m sure, a beautiful bride! Congratulations to all and best wishes for a beautiful life ahead for all of you!

  39. I haven’t read all of the comments, but I feel sure I can’t be the only one to say, “You are not losing a daughter, you are gaining a son.”
Best wishes to Meg and her new husband for a long and happy life together.
The shawl is STUNNING! Good thing you only showed a little piece of it — not sure I could stand much more.

  40. Blessings all around! The shawl is something she will treasure all of her life. Now I am getting a bit teary! Pattye

  41. Tearing up with you, despite knowing all of you only through the Blog! We’ve been lucky enough to watch all the girls growing up, and it’s an honour to share this day (sorta) with you and your family.

Wishing Megan and Alex all the Blessings there can be, today and always!

    • ps: picturespicturespictures, pls … if possible … when you have a moment-after-taking-a-huge-moment-to-breathe 🙂

  42. Last times, but so many wonderful first times to look forward to! May today be a day filled with joy for all involved.

  43. Instead of thinking of “last things”, remember today is the start of many “first” things. Having seen two daughters and a son marry and give me seven wonderful grandchildren, I can assure you the best is yet to come! Best wishes to your family – I know the day will be beautiful.

  44. I wish the both of them great happiness! Your family is growing in one of the best ways possible – you’ve just gained a son! Happy solstice to everyone!

  45. Congratulations to the bride and groom. May this be a day of much happiness for the entire family. Meggie will wear that shel beautifully.

  46. May you all have a beautiful day and may the newlyweds have a beautiful life. The shawl is gorgeous, of course. No one ever doubted that it would be.

  47. Joy, health and happiness to the bride and groom! Lovely words to match the beautiful shawl. Wishing you wonderful festivities to follow!

  48. Bright Blessings to you and yours on this momentous day. You’ve raised three wonderful girls. Now you gain a son, and perhaps – someday – grand-babies to swaddle in the softest yarn to ever have been worked by your loving fingers. The shawl is gorgeous, as I’m sure the bride will be. Take heart, the best is yet to be. Hugs.

  49. Congratulations and best wishes for a lifetime of love, caring and sharing to Meg and Alex. Stephanie, the shawl is exquisite! A wedding on the summer solstice–such an appropriate time for new beginnings.

  50. Wishing the entire family a day of happiness, joy and laughter. And the odd tear or two. Because it’s not a wedding if someone doesn’t cry.

  51. Two of mine are married now, and yes there are lots of “lasts” to mourn. It helps that you have been raising them all along to be successful, independent adults, and that this is a solid indicator that she is ready to launch into the next phase of life. You gave her wings, and confidence in her skills and future. Yes, notice the passing of what was. And yes, prepare for the joys of what will be.

  52. The summer solstice is a lovely day for a wedding. Well any day is, but this is a special day with a full moon to boot. Shawl looks lovely and will make your daughter an even more stunning bride.

In our family we kid that my husband is the preferred “child” since he was the son my mother never had and she did not have to raise him.

    Enjoy the day!

  53. The shawl is stunningly beautiful as I am sure Megan will be as a bride. Congratulations and best wishes to the bride and groom and the entire family!

  54. What a beauty-full day…..with happy tears!! Here’s to the next chapter in the life of Megan & Alex…& to your growing family…..that shawl is AWEsome…cheers & HUGGZ!! XO

  55. I felt teary reading your post and I don’t even have kids! This was my husband’s parents anniversary. They had nearly 66 wonderful years together. Yes, it’s a great day to be married, Megan 🙂

  56. The shawl is a mother’s love in tangible form, expressed through her flying fingers. And a beautiful thing to behold!
Best wishes for today and for joyous times to come!

  57. Wonderful wishes and congratulations to all! I hope Meg and your entire family enjoy this solstice wedding day, complete with tonight’s Honey Moon!

  58. Thank you once again for giving us a peek into your life. The shawl is beautiful, as are your words, and since I know that you generally get the same weather as we do, only later in the day, I’m sure the day was beautiful, too.
Be prepared: in spite of all the babies you’ve held, there is nothing to compare with holding your first (eventual and all in good time) grandchild.
Congratulations and best wishes to all.

  59. I hope today goes smoothly for everyone, remember to take lots of mental photographs as it will go by in a blurr and the shawl looks stunning, all your efforts culminate in today and will be appreciated and admired for years to come. The shawl will be something your Meggie can pass on to her children. Great work and I’ve loved every post about the ‘Great White’.

    🙂 xox

  60. A lovely day. Enjoy it.
Even if it’s weird that young children have allegedly grown up when you weren’t looking.

  61. Congrats to you and your beautiful family! The Big White is stunning; I just finished my Aeolian today, so I know that mixture of relief and awe 🙂

  62. Congratulations! Today my baby left for a summer job far away. She’s fine and in good hands, but/and I have that same feeling of a milestone passing. >sniff<

  63. My kids are 1 and 6. We are still in the single digits, for cripes sake. Yet, I get a little quivery reading this. You are totally allowed to be a bit emotional.

And, Meg? Congratulations! Have a wonderful celebration. (Mom will be just fine in a few hours.)

  64. Oh, of course you have a cold. We call that a “stress cold” around here. It’s also a good excuse to have a tissue (or a box thereof) handy.

Moby Shawl is absolutely glorious and will make your beautiful Megan look like an angel. I can just imagine Alex standing like he was poleaxed when he catches sight of her in it.

Enjoy the day, Steph, as much as you can. Dance a lot. Yes, things will change forever but didn’t you always want a son? Meggie’s brought you one, a grown up one at that. All the best.

  65. A huge mazal tov/congratulations to Meg, Alex, you and all the family, and I hope you have the most wonderful day! The Big White looks absolutely fantastic, and you’ll just have to hope that it doesn’t upstage the bride!!

  66. Hankie time. Meg has the best-of-heart parents, furthering their principles and joy of life – what a lovely partnership she will have.

also, I now you made the shawl, I saw it, but allllll those stitches!!! Then it hit me they are like an accumulation of minutes of decisions, deliberations, hugs, tears, hours of pondering and wonderings and all the seconds of delicious joy and whimsey and proud heart-beating moments of parent hood. Bravo family.

  67. Surely this morning’s maternal mistiness will make the joy that followed seem even brighter. Happiness to you and all of your suddenly larger family – today and always! Can you ever know how much your sharing is appreciated?

  68. I’m sure the day was beautiful! Congrats on getting the shawl finished and blocked. Enjoy the day and we look forward to seeing the photos!

  69. Congratulations and best wishes to all of you. I’m sure it was/is a wonderful wedding and celebration. The shawl looks stunningly beautiful. Enjoy it all!

  70. The Solstice, and a full moon tonight! The energy is perfect for a wedding, and I send my blessings and congratulations from Missouri!

  71. I too have felt the lasts. It is so bittersweet. You are happy for them but sad that things won’t ever be quite the same again no matter how wonderful their spouse is. I hope the day was spectacular.

  72. What a heartfelt and lovely post. Congratulations on Meg’s wedding which will be enhanced by that very beautiful shawl.

  73. Beautiful shawl, as was the day, I’m sure.

Channeling ‘Stranger in a Strange Land’ –
    “Water divided is water multiplied.”

    Congrats all around!

  74. The Big White is ready on time as we knew it would be ,really! It has the nicest possible purpose – to wrap a daughter in love on her special day ! Congratulations all of you!
    Jan (from the UK)

  75. Wishing a beautiful, and very happy day to you all! Blessings to Megan and her husband – may they know great and abiding joy, together.

  76. Best congratulations to all your family! The shawl is lovely.

We have 2 sons, and I’m amazed every time I think of the lovely women they brought in to our family. Who knew they had such good taste? Things change, and life gets better and better.

  77. Congratulations Meg and Alex and, of course, all of your families. Beautiful, beautiful shawl. Two full moons today and the Summer Solstice – a lovely day for a wedding. Best wishes.

  78. Endings create new beginnings. May your family be blessed by this union and grow in ways you’d never imagined. Congratulations, Mother-in-law, what a wonderful opportunity this is for love.

  79. That is the most exquisite shawl I’ve ever seen!!! Wish you were my mom….OK so you’d be more like my younger sister LOL

Best wishes for your lovely daughter and her happy day

    Don’t cry too much mom!!!

  80. By now, the vows have been said, the rice (birdseed, confetti, whatever) has been thrown, and you’ve got a new son-in-law! And the shawl even got blocked and dried!

Congratulations to all involved. May the bride and groom have a lifetime of happiness together.

(YH, you did remember to wear waterproof mascara and superwash wool, didn’t you?)

  81. Congratulations to the bride and groom. Best wishes from a member of The Blog to you both, and to your family and friends as you celebrate this very special day.

  82. BlogMember Sandy adding her best wishes and good hopes for the new bride! Thanks for including us. We watched Meg grow up and even though I will probably never meet her my first thoughts this morning was “oh, Stephanie’s daughter is getting married today!” We are all so proud and happy for you all in our own bloggy way. Much happiness to you all as you are well deserving of it.
PS: Can’t wait to see the Great White Thing modelled by the Bride.

  83. Congratulations! Wishing them a lifetime of love and happiness. And I’m sure her husband will be thankful for his wonderful mother-in-law!

  84. Heartfelt congratulations and best wishes from Atlanta, Georgia, USA! (And the Big White Thing is GORGEOUS. I can’t wait to see all the pictures.)

  85. Congratulations!!! It is so hard to watch the first one go, son or daughter. She goes, so beautifully clothed in love, tangible and otherwise. Blessings!!!

  86. Wishing special blessings for your entire family today. Of all the names I’m called, “mother-in-law” was the weirdest to get used to. But we’re blessed with those In-laws in our family, and I’m sure you will be also. Looking forward to pictures!

  87. Congratulations, and best wishes for a lifetime of happiness!
That shawl is just glorious! As I’m sure the wedding was. Thank you for including us on this special day in your life. I’ve followed your family ups and downs, and now this wonderful milestone! Continued happiness, Mazel Tov blessings to you all!

  88. Best wishes from Portland, Oregon. As my husband toasts at weddings:

    I wish Megan and Alex
    Good health
    Long life
    Short fights!

  89. Been there. Twice. All will be well. Honest.

Felicitations, congratulations, blessings, mazel tov! Such wonderful times ahead for all of you. Thank you for bring us along.

  90. What poignant musings you wrote on the morn of your daughter’s wedding day! Change tends to hit us in the heart, even when it’s an anticipated, planned and joyous change. What we want most for our children is love and happiness, but it still hurts when that might entail being less of a part of the lives we gave them. Some family traditions, like having only your three daughters sleep over on Christmas Eve, may become cherished memories, but new traditions will start in the years to come. As one door closes, another opens.

You have such a close and loving family, and will carry each other in your hearts and minds forever. (Plus, these days there are texts, instagrams and cell phones for keeping in touch when you aren’t together physically.)

Now that the big celebration is over, try to take some time to be gentle to yourself. You’ve had a stressful few months and a bike rally ahead, so mark off time in your busy schedule to relax a bit and recharge.

  91. There are no words for all the beautifully complex emotions today must have held. Incandescent joy to you all.

  92. What a wonderful day for your family. Yes, that comes with a little bit of loss, but with also so much growth and joy for all of you. Congratulations on having brought up 3 wonderful daughters. And on that etheral shawl too.

  93. Change. It’s complicated. But, oh the beauty of the shawl, the connections you have articulated stitch by stitch in a garment of love, memory and beginning. Congratulations to your family and welcome to the new addition.

  94. Congratulations! As a relatively new parent, I can only imagine what it must feel like to have your little one start her own family. The shawl came out beatifully–and it’s the same pattern I made myself for my own wedding six years ago!

  95. Thank you for sharing with us on this special day. I feel like part of the family. Love and light to you all.

  96. Congratulations to Meg and Alex.

…and the shawl looks marvellous, but I have to go and touch ‘the cat’ – I don’t think that cat and shawl are a good combination!

  97. Life is all about change isn’t it? I hope the day went well for everybody, and all the best to the happy couple (and to the rest of the family).

  98. I know just how you feel. My oldest niece lived with my husband and me for a while and up until her wedding day. The morning of her wedding, we sat on her bed and talked like we had done many, many times before. I gave her her wedding gifts from me and my business partner (beaded lace shawl from my BP and matching beaded lace mitts from me). We cried a little that her mom and my mom weren’t going to be there on her special day (they both died in 2012 – within 4 days of each other!) and when I helped her take the last of her belongings to her car, we both held on to one another longer than usual. Goodness I miss her, but she is very, very happy and that makes me happy. Enjoy your new son!!

  99. The only thing more beautiful than that shawl at the wedding, will be your lovely girl. Many wishes for a life of happiness. 🙂 <3

  100. OMG! I just got married this past weekend and wore an aeolian shawl! I hope it was a wonderful celebration for your family! As a new bride of a talented mom, I’m sure your daughter appreciated all you did for her on her special day. 🙂

  101. I love this. I am sure that they day was beautiful, the bride was radiant, and you and joe as proud as punch. The shawl, of course, is beautiful, and Meg shed a tear or two over it-she didn’t exactly leave you time to make such a masterpiece. But, truly, what I love is the symbolism of the shawl. When she was a wee baby, your first, you wrapped her in wooly mother-love. Now, as she embarks on the next stage of her life, you send her off, again, wrapped in wooly mother-love. Blessings on you all.

  102. Aww! Congratulations to you and your sweetie for raising such a lovely family, and joy and happiness to the bride and groom. May they have a long and happy marriage.

  103. It had to have been such a poignant yet joyful day. And your family adds in new members so beautifully that Alex is in spectacular hands. Thank you for sharing all of this with us, the pictures have been amazing and the happiness palpable.

  104. Happy wedding day, Meg!

Things will change, but more stays the same. You will still have time with both your daughters (minus husbands/partners), but the timing may not be the same.

    Gorgeous shawl!

  105. Congratulations again, you all must be on cloud nine! what a wonderful adventure too for your daughter. exciting times, these kids keep us on our toes don’t they…:)

  106. Congratulations to all involved in yesterday’s nuptials. I’m assuming the day went off without a hitch (none that mattered in the big picture anyways). The bride will have been beautiful (of course), as is the shawl (naturally), and the groom likely feeling how very blessed he is to be welcomed as a permanent member of this family of yours.

    Wonderfully done, everyone!

  107. As my daughter gets ready to follow her love to another part of this great country as he trains to be a Marine pilot, I feel the loss part… But I know the love she has for him and I feel that we have given her a strong foundation… as you have given your Megan. This is a happy day! Rejoice!

  108. You’ve often said that the best qualities in an adult were the same qualities that made a child not fit into the stereotypical “norms”. All this time you have been raising your girls to be able to be great adults and to give them the skills to fly.

On her wedding day you gave Meg her wings in the shape of a shawl fashioned from love. You know (and she knows) that you will always be ready to catch her if she falters, but right now your joy is in standing back and watching her soar. She will be using everything you and Joe taught her as she builds a wonderful life with her husband.

    Prepare to be awestruck!

All my very best wishes to both families as they love and support Meg and Alex in their marriage.

    Chris S in Canada

  109. Best wishes to you and your daughter. My husband and I got married when we were 19 and 20. It was crazy young and I still can’t believe my parents went along with it. It is without a doubt the best decision I ever made. Now, after 18 years of marriage (at the ripe ages of 37 and 38), we have a doctorate degree, a masters degree and 3 beautiful children. I would do it all over again in a heart beat. Many blessings on an exciting new journey for all of you! I’ve been reading your blog for years and I think you are nothing short of awesome.

    Blessings,

    Hannah

  110. Hope you all had a wonderful wedding and lots of stored up memories – can’t wait to see the photographs! X (Long-time reader; occasional poster.)

  111. thanks for sharing your thoughts and a photo of the finished shawl (which looks just perfect and dewy). Congratulations from the community of knitters to the newlyweds and to the proud families around them.

  112. The shawl is amazing! Congratulations to your daughter and her new husband! I had a dream that you modified the shawl into a christening gown. Clearly I’m concerned about all of the amazing work you put into it and future uses. Thanks for your blog! You are inspiring!

  113. Dear Stephanie, yes of course the husband will come to sleep over. And before you know it they will bring a baby with them! Don’t worry, it’s just more people to love!

  114. Congratulations to you and yours. (When my daughter got married and the party was over and everyone had gone home, I sat down and put my feet up and cried my eyes out. My baby… and now she has 2 babies of her own… it never gets less strange. How did she get to be 33? She was 2 just last week.)

  115. Ya new husbands generally sleep over with their wife, just sayin. You will adjust. All the best to the new union and to you as you start the next chapter.

  116. Congratulations, and since it’s now Thursday, I’m sure all went well, and you have had time to catch your breath. Change is good, but sometimes hard to accept. I have two boys, and so far no daughters-in-law, but one day with luck I will be Mother of the Groom, twice over. I will cry. However, I know that if I did my job, they will grow up and make lives of their own.
I was thinking of all of you on The Day, and sending you love and light, and hoping the sun shone on all of you. No question but that the shawl was spectacular and perfect, and not a little ironic that Monday was also the day that my magnum opus shawl was handed over to the intended recipient and received with much joy. I think that I was feeling especially joyful as I stood in my garden later that day, and was hoping that you and your family were feeling just as joyful and blessed. Many congratulations to Bride and Groom, and wishes for a long and happy life together.

  117. Yes, it’s a sort of heart-string-pulling day, but in a very good way. First, a new son, and then (hopefully) more Little People to knit for!

  118. Congratulations! Mazel Tov! What a beautiful, wonderful, transcendental day. It’s one of those days where you just know that afterwards, everyone’s lives are different. It’s like a milestone in time. There’s no going back, because it changes everyone’s path. It’s wonderful and awe-inspiring and amazing and I’m so happy for you all. So much love and good wishes for all of your family from me and mine. Good job, momma. 🙂 Good job, all the your family. Lucky Alex, the groom-to-be. He has effectively won! 🙂

  119. The shawl was absolutely gorgeous and so was she….you really out did yourself…Glad it was a wonderful day for you all
